I discovered this walking into a local 7-11 in Taiwan: 7-11 is running a merchandise collaboration with Peanuts and STARLUX, the new Taiwanese airline (as well as a few other brands), until February 20. You place your pre-order now, and then pick up the goods in May in Taiwan when ready. Likely if you do not live in Taiwan, you’ll have to find a local friend to purchase for you. I am not totally clear on the ordering process, but I believe you use the OpenPoint app (Android, iOS) to order. This requires an address and phone number in Taiwan.
Update from E: You aren’t able to use the OpenPoint app to order limited edition promos like these, but you can use the barcodes above to ask any cashier at 7-11 to order the items you’re interested in for delivery to that store. In some cases, a store may even have what you already want in stock to take home right away.
