Via my mother (I have trained her well 😛 ), Costco Amex holders may be eligible for a $300 sign up bonus on the Amex Blue Cash Everyday (see Doctor of Credit’s review of it and a publicly accessible $250 offer here) card. As far as I know, there’s no offer code, but you do have to call in and go through the phone bill-pay flow (you will get redirected to an agent because they are trying to convert customers; note also that they may give you a lesser offer but as with all things, just HUCA). I tried numerous times to see if there were product change offers available over online chat and the reps came up with nothing, but if anyone has success, let us know in the comments.

Via US Credit Card Guide, increased signup bonuses are available for the following American Express cards through incognito windows/private browsing:
Amex Everyday, with 25,000 MR signup bonus:
Normally, the 25K signup bonus is only available through targeted offers. Now it’s available publicly for everyone! The required spend is increased to $2000 in the first 3 months.
The Everyday card has no annual fee, and allows full participation in the Membership Rewards program, making it a great place to park your Membership Rewards points if you need to cancel a Membership Rewards card with an annual fee.
I think there are few friends out there that don’t know how much I love Amex (especially with the SPG promotion going on, I’m sure you’ve all seen me pump my links!). Over the course of my 10+ year membership with them (starting with Costco!), they have never ceased to impress me with their professional, helpful, and friendly customer service.
A couple times they’ve come through for me:
TravelCodex reports that you can now get some new increased offers for American Express through private browsing / incognito windows.
To get any of these offers:
- Click on the links using a private browsing / incognito browser window. Make sure all previous private browsing/incognito windows or closed otherwise you won’t get a new offer.
- If you get the desired offer, go for it!
- Otherwise, close the window and try again.
100K bonus on the  American Express Platinum Charge Card
This bonus comes around only about once a year or longer, or through targeted mail offers. The signup bonus for this card and other perks of this card are in my opinion worth it for at least a year, but perhaps not more than that. The offer is 100K Membership Rewards points for $3,000 spend in the first 3 months.
